Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion in Closed lid and chop 3 seconds, speed 5.  Scrape down sides and add oil.  Cook at 90 degrees, 2 minutes, speed 1.

  2. Add parsley to Closed lid and chop 5 seconds, speed 5.  Scrape down sides.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix for 7 - 10 seconds, speed 5 or until all ingredients combined.

  4. Form patties at required size and coat with plain flour.  (See Tip)

Add some more olive oil to a medium heat frying pan and place patties in as soon as you have shaped them.

  5. Fry for 3 - 5 minutes and turn.  Fry for another 3 - 5 minutes or until cooked through.

  6. Lightly toast hamburger buns and assemble with ingredients of your choice!  We had lettuce, cheese and tomato with whole egg mayo.  The kids gobbled them up!

Tip

When working with the patties the mixture is quite soft so using wet hands to form the shape before flouring is helpful.
