only got my thermo today and i was dying to test this recipe out.
Definite winner! So simple with so little ingredients, but the taste is just what you would want!
I actually made this recipe during the day in order to food prep better, then for dinner just reheated it on the stove but at the time also chopped up a broccoli and half a cauliflower and just added it to the mixture as there is loads of delicious sauce. I also served with egg noodles.

Next time ill steam the vegies in the varoma while the mix is cooking and combine it all together.

    YUM!

    Simple LCHF dish tmrc_emoticons.-)

I came across this on the Thermomix in New Zealand page and don't often cook seafood, but thought would give this a try. It was really simple and tasty, and LCHF compliant. I blitzed a punnet of mushrooms towards the end of the sauteing onions stage (10s / sp5), and steamed some broccoli to go with it. The sauce is pretty thin, but it was tasty so we were happy to 'drink' what was left in the bowl like soup once the broccoli and prawns were done - and I still have enough left to be able to just add some more proawns to, and have for a light lunch tomorrow tmrc_emoticons.-). Thank you tmrc_emoticons.-)

This was delicious. I added extras but kept the base recipe the same. I added some chilli and bacon when sautéing the onion & garlic. I also added mushrooms with the cream. I ate it by itself and it was a fantastic LCHF meal.

We tried this on the weekend and it is DIVINE! I highly recommend this. It's so tasty, yet very simple (which is what we all want right)! I blitzed a zucchini in with the onion and garlic as I needed to use it up, was great having that extra hidden veg in there too tmrc_emoticons.D Thanks girls for a fantastic recipe.

    Submitted by becx_world on 7. September 2016 - 21:19.

I made this tonight & all I can say is OMG AMAZING! This is a restaurant quality dish I can't wait until I make this for my friends

The only problem I encountered was that I didn't have enough prawns. I only used 250g for 2 of us but we both wanted more. I wish there were leftovers for lunch tomorrow!!

i added chopped parsley & chilli to garnish which gave it a good punch. & I made in my TM31 without alterations

    Thank you for the recipe!

Submitted by Robyn Wellfare on 9. April 2016 - 10:41.

I made the sauce on its own and poured it over grilled /BBQ'd skewered prawns and skewered Chicken because we had a couple who don't eat seafood, and I served it over a bed of grilled capsicum, tomatoes, red onion and zucchini and couscous  flavoured with sumac and lemon juice. Will definitely be making this beautiful flavousome sauce again and again. Thank you.

Submitted by Thermo Loving Liv on 10. September 2015 - 18:51.

This was delicious!!! I made it with the prepackaged packs of garlic prawns from Aldi. I added two packs, so 600 grams. There was still more sauce than necessary, but it could easily be reserved and used for something else as has already been stated by someone. I will definitely be making this again!! Thanks for the recipe.

    Submitted by GinStar on 1. September 2015 - 22:17.

A really lovely meal - so creamy, I cooked thin spag to have with it & I think next time I will only use 300ml cream as more sauce than required. To the leftover sauce I added some pan fried chicken pieces & leftover spag which created another meal for lunch next day. Yummo! Quick & easy to create. Loved by all. 10/10.
