TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Tip
Serve on its own or with salad if desired.
I made this without pastry, by adding 50gm of plain flour, an extra egg and a total of 300ml of cream. Even quicker and easier that way!!

I had this saved in my recipes' file for ages but this was the first time I had made it as I had a lot of eggs I wanted to use up.
I followed the recipe to a T and was not disappointed. The pastry was crisp and short and the filling was light and tasty.

Very tasty. Had some left over sun dried tomatoes that I added & a little bit of grated parmesan on top. I used the very short, short crust pastry (made with yoghurt, butter & flour). Awesome
