Honey Mustard Chicken LCHF
- 1 Large carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 red chilli, Optional
- 30 g olive oil
- 5 g Coconut Flour
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
- 500 g chicken breast fillets, Cubed
- 1 tbsp TM Stock Concentrate
- 40 g honey
- 40 g wholegrain mustard
- 40 g Dijon mustard
- 100 g water
- 250 g (thickened) cream
- 250 g Green veg like beans or broccoli
- 1 teaspoons salt

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Grate carrot and set aside.
- Chop garlic, chilli and onion for 3-5 sec, speed 7.
- Add oil and cook 2 min/ Speed 1/ 100 C.
- Add tumeric and flour and mix 3 sec/ Speed 4.
- Add the butterfly whisk, all the rest of the ingredients (except cream) and cook for 10 min/"Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 2 / 100 C.
- Add cream and grated carrot to bowl. Place greens into the Varoma Dish and put it into place.
- Cook for 5 min/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 1.5 / 100degrees.
- Pour into the Thermoserver. Mix in greens.
- Serve with zoodles, cauliflower puree or by itself.

Tip
The recipe can be doubled. Increase cooking time in step 6 to 13 minutes.
