Lettuce with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients

Mixed Vegetables

  • 250 g Carrots, chunks
  • 250 g cabbage, roughly chopped
  • 30 g Dried prawns, Soak in water for 10 minutes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 Lettuce, Leaves
  • 30 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 1/4 tsp black or white ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe's preparation

    Mixed Vegetables
  1. 1. Place the garlic into the TM bowland chop for 4 seconds on SP7. Scrap down the side of bowl.

    2. Add the oil to bowl and saute for 2 minutes on VAROMA on SP1.

    3. Add the dried prawns and saute for another one minute on VAROMA SP1.

    4. Add the carrots and cabbage and chop for 4 seconds on SP5. Scrap down the sides and chop for another 2 seconds (if needed) - texture should be like making colelslaw.

    5. Add the salt and pepper and cook for a further 2 minutes on VAROMA and REVERSE on SP1.

    6.  Pour the vegetables into a serving dish. 

    7. Serve the vegetables with the lettuce and chilli sauce.
