Mexican Salad

  • 50 g broccoli
  • 50 g cauliflower
  • 50 g Green Beans, halved
  • 50 g red cabbage
  • 1 green apples, quartered
  • 1 carrots, quartered
  • 1/2 zucchini, halved
  • 50 g celery, halved


  • 50 g sour cream, optional
  • 6 Olives, garnish, optional
  • Mersey Valley cheese, crumbled, to taste
  • 100 g baby spinach


  • 500 g water
  • 300 g chicken
  • 50 g Salsa

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all salad ingredients to mixing bowl and chop 2 sec/ speed 5.

    Scrape down sides and chop 2 sec/ speed 5. Repeat if neccessary.

  2. Chicken
  3. Add water to mixing bowl. Place chicken in Varoma dish. Cook 15 minutes/ Varoma/ speed 4.

    Empty mixing bowl, place cooked chicken and salsa in mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec/ speed 4 Counter-clockwise operation.

    Place chicken mixture on top of salad mixture.

  4. Garnish
  5. Top chicken mixture with sour cream and olives. Sprinkle crumbled cheese over salad. Serve.


Accessories you need



Add beans and top with extra salsa for more flavour.
