This was delicious. I used basil instead of sage as that's what I had. Not soggy like zucchini slice can be sometimes. Pity my kids didn't like it. We ate it cold but I'm sure you could eat it warm as well.

The was easy and the kids ate it which is the real win. We didn't include the sage leaves.

Very nice, a great change from zucchini slice. In fact I prefer this one as it isn't as soggy and has a lovely sweet flavour. Yum!  Love

My apologies for leaving out the SR Flour in the ingredient list.  I have now added 150g SR Flour.

  • Great recipe ..... however

Great recipe ..... however the ingredients list forgets to tell you how much SR flour to use - I used 100g but think that I need more the next time I make this. - tastes fantastic....
