Yummy! I used 100 g pancetta cubes instead of chorizo as I had them on hand. And fresh asparagus chunks 5 min before end. Perfect! will make again.

  • Absolutely delicious, first

Absolutely delicious, first time ever doing a Risotto.  I pan fried the chorizo to release its flavour, before adding to the recipe and I also stirred ome baby spinach through it at the end when it was resting in the Thermo Server.  tmrc_emoticons.)

  • This is the first ever

    Submitted by tracey78 on 26. June 2016 - 10:12.

This is the first ever risotto 2 of the 3 other members of the house have not only liked but loved - winner winner!! (Miss 12 didn't even try it as she doesn't like chorizo.)  I have a TM31 but judged that the quantities of the ingrediants used would not be too much so didn't change anything and it cooked beautifully.  Thanks for a great recipe.
