  • 125 g water
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 5 g oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

filling

  • 10 g ginger
  • 250 g pork mince
  • 10 g soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 10 g chinese cooking wine
  • 10 g shallot
  • 20 g sesame oil

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    dough
  1. 1. Add water, yeast and sugar 45s/37c/sp1
    2. add plain flour, oil and salt 3mins/Dough mode

    put aside to set for 30 - 45 mins (depends on the weather)
  2. filling
  3. 3. put ginger into mixing bowl 5s/sp7 scrap down
    ( you can repeat if you like your ginger a bit finer)
    4. Add mince, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and cooking wine into mixing bowl 10s/sp5
    5. add shallot and sesame oil 5s/sp5
    ( you can repeat 5. if you think they didn't mix well)

    pull the filling into a bowl and clean the mixing bowl
  4. once the dough is ready cut into 8 pieces and warp up with filling
    put it on top veroma tray set for 15 - 20 mins

    fill up 600g of cold water 25mins/veroma/sp2

Tip

you might need to adjest the water for the dough, make sure your dough is not too soft
