Stuffing for Roast Chicken

  • 3 slices bread, frozen, broken into pieces
  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 apple, quartered
  • Herbs, fresh or dry, today I used dry, a sprinkle of marjoram, rosemary, thyme and sage

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place bread into bowl process 6 seconds speed 8.

    Add to bowl onions, apple and herbs,  5 seconds speed 7.

    Place into chicken. Sprinkle chicken with lemon pepper.

    Cook in oven at 200 degrees for 2 hours.

    Very tasty recipe Smile
    I also add 1 teaspoon of Garlic
    and each herb was a 1/2 teaspoon each
