  • 1 brown onion, halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Carrot, cut into 3rds
  • 1 Zucchini , cut into 3rds
  • 1 Red Capsicum,Halved
  • 2 Celery Stalks, cut into 3rds

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Directions
  1. Place onion and garlic in mixing bowl, speed 7 for 3 sec, scrape bowl add 30g olive oil, sautee 3 minutes, speed 1.

    Add all of the vegetable ingredients and chop speed 5 for 10 sec, then add tuna and coconut cream. Cook 18 mins, temp 100, speed 1

    Serve into Thermoserver

Serve on top of pasta,rice noodles,or zuchinni noddles. Sprinkle with fresh parmasen or grated cheese.
