Cauliflower and Cheese Soup
- 20 g olive oil
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 potatoes, chopped
- 500 grams cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 2 cans canned butter beans, 400g tins
- 530 g water
- 1 tsp Vegetable stock paste
- 70 g grated cheese

- Add onion and oil to bowl and set on browning mode - 10 mins 160 deg gentle.
- Add potato and cauliflower and cook for 6 minutes 100 deg speed 2.
- Add beans, stock paste, water and cook for 15 minutes 100 deg speed 1.
- If potatoes are not tender cook for an additional 10 minutes 100 deg speed 1.
- Add cheese and use blend mode
"Blend" for 1 minutes speed 6.
Serve.
