- 75 g sunflower seeds
- 75 g Pepita Seeds
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 400 g can of black beans (rinsed and drained), (Set aside 100g of black beans)
- 1 onion (halved)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200C. Lightly grease a baking tray.
2. Add onion to bowl. Chop on spd 6 for 4 secs.
3. Add seeds and chop on spd 7 for 5 secs.
4. Add carrot and mix on reverse, spd 3 for 10 secs.
5. Add rest of the ingredients, except for 1/4 of beans. Mix on spd 4 for 10 secs. Scrape sides then mix again on spd 6 for 5 secs.
6. Add the left over beans and mix on reverse, spd 4 for 5 secs.
7. Mould into preferred sized patties.
8. Place on tray and bake for 20 to 30 mins.

I love these! I do up a double batch and freeze them. I eat these for about 5 out of 7 lunches in the week.
