Recipe's preparation
Weigh cashew pieces, water, salt and vanilla essence into TM bowl.
Blend 30 seconds / speed 10.
Add rest of ingredients into TM bowl.
Blend 1 minute / speed 3.
Pour into serving bowls.
Place in fridge or on bench to set.
Serve with sliced fruit, sprinkle of cinnamon or topping of choice.

Tip
This recipe adapted from Dr Libby's Real Food Kitchen Cookbook, except she uses maple syprup as a sweetner.
Recommend making this the night before and leaving to set overnight. Will be ready to eat in the morning.
Try different levels of honey to get the sweetness you like.

thanks for the recipe. we all enjoyed it very much. i inadvertently added the chia seeds in with all the other ingredients and it all got blitzed at speed 10. the plus side was that it set almost immediately and we were able to enjoy it straightaway

This is very easy and delicious. I used rice malt syrup and a splash of maple syrup. Ate it in the morning with a couple of slices of banana, strawberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon. So yum. My kids really enjoyed it too. Im akways looking for quick and delicious no carb breakies so this will be a nice change from eggs 😃
