      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Sandwich filling
  1. Place Spring onions/Shallots, mint leaves, capers and olives in Mixing bowl, place Mc in lid and 5 secs/speed 5. Scrape down the sides with spatula and repeat if necessary. Place in a bowl.
  2. On a large plate pour the Extra Virgin Olive Oil out to cover the surface of the plate. Place bread on the plate and let it soak up the olive oil. Then scrape excess oil off with a butter knife.
  3. On top of the Olive oil spread tomato paste onto each piece of bread. Not too thick and not too thin, just an even coverage.
  4. Spread mixture in bowl onto one half of the sandwich. Again not too thick, not too thin. An even coverage, and all the way to edges as best you can.
  5. Cut each sandwich in half and enjoy!!
