- 200 grams broccoli, Cut into small pieces
- 400 cans tomatoes
- 25 grams Butter
- 45 grams flour
- 250 grams Milk
- 1 level teaspoons salt
- 1 portions Black teaspoons
- 15 grams Basil Pesto
- 120 grams cheese
- 3 heaped tablespoons pumpkin seeds

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Turn oven to 225C. Grate cheese and set aside 6 secs spd 6.
2. cook pasta as directed and add broccoli for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
3. drain and add to lightly oiled casserole dish.
4. add butter, flour, milk and tomatoes to bowl.
5. cook 7 minutes, 90C, spd 4.
6.add salt, pepper, pesto and cheese. Stir 4 secs spd 4.
7. pour over vegetable and pasta.
8.sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
9. cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
