Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. 1. Chop the onion halves 10secs/sp4

    2. Add the remaining ingredients and combine 10secs/sp3/

    3. Heat a good splash of oil in a large frypan and drop tblspns of batter into the hot oil. Flatten slightly.

    4. Cook until golden and brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel.

    5. Serve straight away with (optional) sour cream, Sweet chilli sauce and a fresh garden salad.
