  • 200 grams full cream milk
  • 100 grams filtered water

  • 100 grams cheese, grated, (A mix of whatever you like)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, (Your Choice, for flavour)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Step One
  1. Place Pasta, milk and water in the bowl. Insert measuring cup into lid, then 8min/100/Counter-clockwise operation
  2. Add Plain flour, Milk, and mustard (if using). Replace lid, then 4min/90/Counter-clockwise operation

Tip

If having trouble with milk boiling over, turn the temperature down to 85.
