Easy and delicious (my two fave things when it comes to dinner!). I swapped the tomato for a tin of corn and it was yum! Thanks
My husband made this whilst
My husband made this whilst wrangling our sick baby and he said it was really easy. We loved it and it tasted so cheesey without any cheese which we appreciated as we can't have dairy. It will become a regular after work meal i think.

I used broccoli instead of broccolini and added mushroom at the same time as the chicken. It was a nice change from the standard chicken and mushroom risotto I usually do.

Nice and tasty and easy! I added more veg for my kids (celery and carrot) at the onion stage and they gobbled it up!
Thank you for sharing the recipe.
I made this as a last minute
I made this as a last minute dinner at the end of the week when I randomly had a leek in the fridge. Unfortunately I didn't check I had enough arborio before starting to had to substitute 150g with long grain and it still turned out really well. Next time I might reduce the amount of tomato (I used 3 large), but it's a great dish.

I gave up on risotto I my first couple of weeks of owning my thermo cos it never turned out. I had to make a quick dinner and had to use what was left in my cupboards and fridge which led me to your recipe. Al I can say is yum and you've converted me back to risotto! I added in thyme and peas and corn and mushrooms. Just to add more veg in. Also wish I hadn't of put the broccoli in early! Was way over cooked. But thank you. Very nice.
Very easy dish to make and
Very easy dish to make and nice flavours both my girls finished their plates! I added mushrooms in step 5. My tomatoes also didn't chop well so agree with another's comment that maybe it should be 3 seconds on speed 5 instead of 5 seconds speed 3

SUPER! Making this currently
SUPER!
Making this currently for the family - first winter meal of the season in my thermomix! I have added additional veg for flavour and to boost the count - in the first step I added shallots and celery (as mentioned in the comments) I then also added some mushrooms at the tomato step and blended on speed 5 for 3 seconds as speed 3 for 5 seconds didn't seem to have the chop power I needed. I also added some Rosemary from the garden and will add the brocolini in about 2 minutes so it's nice and crunchy still Smells amazing!
Did you quarter the tomatoes
Did you quarter the tomatoes first then blitz as per instructions? I find a lot of risotto dishes fill the thermo bowl .... So the qty is prob normal. Hope this helps.
Had my TM less than a week &
Had my TM less than a week & not sure if I did something wrong, my tomato didn't chop very much & I could barely fit everything in the jug, could someone please let me know? ThanksI've just tipped it into my thermoserver & it looks ok, I probably should have chopped the brocolini a little smaller & maybe the tomato as there's quite a few big pieces in there but looks ok

This is very yummy! I didn't have broccoli so I added red capsicum and peas. I also added some bacon and thyme. Great recipe you can easily adapt to what you have in the way of veges.
I made this for dinner this
I made this for dinner this evening when I thought I had no ingredients in the fridge/cupboard. I used spinach in place of broccolini in the last five minutes of cooking. My husband and two year old loved it also. We served it with parmesan cheese. Thank you, I'll be adding this recipe to my favourites
