Chicken Pesto Pasta

  • 80 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 30 grams raw cashews
  • 4 cloves garlic, (or to taste)
  • 90 grams fresh basil, (fresh or frozen)
  • 150 grams olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 brown onion, (or red)
  • 200 grams zucchini
  • 1 tbsp chicken stock paste
  • 800 grams cubed chicken
  • GF spaghetti

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).   1. Follow Basil Pesto Recipe (Basic Cookbook)
  2. Follow step 1 of Chicken Pesto Pasta (Simply Delicious)
    grate parmesan cheese and then add all ingredients (except Cubed Chicken and Spaghetti), 30 sec / speed 7
  3. Sauce Preparation - with blender
  4. Grate Parmesan cheese and blend all ingredients (except Cubed Chicken and Spaghetti) until smooth
  5. Cook Chicken and Pasta
  6. Cook Chicken until lightly browned
  7. Add pasta sauce and cook until warmed through (or to liking)
  8. Cook pasta while cubed chicken is being cooked, then add to pasta sauce.
