      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Start by putting 1000g of water for pasta, season water. Add dried pasta. cooking time depends on the pasta/ speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation/ 90 degrees. Once pasta is cooked transfer to a thermoserve to keep warm.

     Add all remaining ngredients and cook 7 - 8 Mins/Speed 3/90 Degrees.

Add Cheese sauce to pasta and carefully combine.  Serve.....I take no responsibility if you eat this whole thing on your own.  I know I have in the past (oops).  Enjoy.....there is nothing better on a cold winters day/night then the smell, taste and texture of Mac & Cheese tmrc_emoticons.)
