- 5 fillets Bacon slices, Diced
- 1 --- brown onion, Halved
- 2 cloves garlic clove
- 250 g Penne Pasta
- 490 g Boiling water
- 2 level teaspoons Vegetable stock paste
- 1 level tbsp pepper, ground
- 1 cup --- Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 225 g thickened cream
- 30 g Butter

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Add onion halves and garlic cloves to TM bowl, chop 5 seconds speed 7, add bacon and butter. Sauté 5 mins, varoma temp speed 1, MC off.
Add butterfly attachment, add stock paste, thickened cream, pepper, penne pasta and boiling water. Cook 15 mins, 105 degrees , using steamer basket instead of MC.
Add 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, cook 1 min, 105 degrees .
Combine egg yolk in a small bowl and add remaining 1/4 Parmesan cheese and whisk with a fork. Then using a wooden spoon, gently stir into the pasta and serve. (This will help thicken the sauce and the residual heat from the pasta will cook the egg)
