If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
"Closed lid"
Put onion, garlic and parsley into the "Closed lid"
3 seconds, speed 7. Scrape down sides
add capsicum to the "Closed lid"
3 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down sides
made olive oil to the "Closed lid"
3 minutes, 120c, speed 1
add tomatoes, vegatable stock, diced chicken, water and cream to the "Closed lid"
10 minutes, 100c, speed 1
Add spaghetti to the "Closed lid" ensure all is submerged in the sauce
7 minutes, 100c, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed "Gentle stir setting"
poor into thermoserver and let sit for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan, add a big dollop of sour cream and enjoy!
