Delicious, I added half the parmesan to the dish as it was resting to thicken, I also added 1 teaspoon of cornflour mixed with some water toward the end to thicken it.

The kids didn't even know there were sundried tomatoes in it, winning!!!

Tasty dish and easy to make. Definitely only need half the cream - I added 2 eggs and a little cornflour to thicken it up. Next time I would exclude butter as well. Even more yummy the next day as leftovers tmrc_emoticons.-)

Delicious. ! I used half the cream and added cornflour (thank you, reviewers) and instead of chicken I used a little pepperoni which I diced up with the sun dried tomatoes. Used dried instead of fresh basil and came out beautiful. Served with spiral pasta and cracked pepper. Toddler loved it. Next time I might add some broccoli so it's not completely unhealthy! thanks for posting.

  • The flavour of this recipe

    Submitted by jpfridd on 24. July 2013 - 21:23.

The flavour of this recipe was really nice. I think that about half of the cream is ample and next time I make it I think I will try adding a few pinenuts and baby spinach leaves.

    Submitted by korrick on 15. October 2011 - 19:36.

Really nice recipe - I didn't have enough cream so substituted 100ml water and 2 stock cubes and used light cream. Also substituted coriander for basil. The sauce was light and not too rich. Very much a winner in our house.
