- 1 Onion chopped into quarters
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4-5 sprig Parsely leaves
- 1 Zucchini medium size
- 1 red capsicum
- 40 grams olive oil
- 1/2 Punnet of cherry or 2 large tomatoes or tin of chopped Tomatos
- 300 grams water
- 200 grams cream
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Stock Paste (BCB)
- 1 diced chicken breast or 2 thighs
- 300 grams spaghetti pasta

- Parmesan Cheese, shaved

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Put onion, garlic and parsley into the bowl
Chop 3 seconds, speed 7. Scrape down sides
Add capsicum and zucchini to the bowl
Chop 3 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down sides
Add olive oil to the bowl
Saute 3 minutes, 120c, speed 1
Add tomatoes, vegetable stock, diced chicken, water and cream to the bowl
Cook 10 minutes, 100c, speed 1
Add spaghetti to the bowl ensure all is submerged in the sauce
7 minutes, 100c, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed "Gentle stir setting"
Pour into thermoserver and let sit for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan, and chopped herbs!

nice recipe, I had 500g chicken thigh, as we are a family of 6 - also added salami in the last step before resting; plenty (heaps!!) of sauce,. Only cooked pasta on stove and added at last step when resting (I omitted the water in the sauce of course).

My only changes were based on personal preferences: I chopped the garlic and also chillli at spd 7, as instructed. But then added the onion and only chopped it at spd 4 or 5 to keep it chunkier!

Thank you for sharing your recipie, my very fussy hubby and teenage kids loved it!! I didn't add the zucchini and capsicum but added a large tin of crushed tomatoes and extra garlic.AND it was so quick to make after a busy day at work!!

Delicious! I used a tin of tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes, and a 270ml tin of coconut cream instead of regular cream, with 200mls of water instead of 300mls. Even my fussy two-year old devoured it!
