  • --- fettuccine pasta, enough for 2 people
  • small bunch garlic/regular chives
  • small bunch parsley
  • 500 g hot water
  • 2 teaspoons home made stock paste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50 g cheese
  • 20 g flour
  • 100 g salmon roe, i used tined salmon

Recipe's preparation

  1. first we need to grate our cheese on speed 10 till finely grated. remove cheese and set aside.

    chop chives parsley and garlic on speed 6 for 10 seconds or till desired fineness (i like mine slightly chuncky) then set aside.

    pour hot water in to jug add ur stock paste and place lid on and poke pasta through the hole. cook on Counter-clockwise operation for 22min. once cooked drain pasta useing the basket but remember to save 1 cup or 250ml of the water. put pasta in thermoserver and place water back into the jug. Add chives garlic and parsley, cheese and flour. cook at 100 on speed 3 for 5min or till sauce has thickened.

    add samlon to pasta and mix through once sauce is finished pour over pasta stir through and serve immediately. add cracket pepper and himilayan pick salt to taste.

Tip

depending on ur stock you may need to lessen or incress the amount of stock you use mine is quite strong so i only use a small amount when cooking.
