Hokkien Mee ala @levi_nathania

  • 10 grams garlic
  • 30 grams onion
  • 20 grams lard
  • 50 grams boneless skinless chicken thigh, dice 2cm
  • 50 grams shrimps, peeled, cut into 3
  • 6 pieces meatballs, slice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mushroom Bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon Weipa, can also be replaced by mushroom bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, recommended brand: Saori
  • 60 grams Drinking water
  • 50 grams chinese mustard greens
  • 250 grams Fresh Yellow Noodle, recommended brand: Kim Hwa

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put in 10 grams garlic, 30 grams onion. Chop 3 sec / sp. 7 (repeat if necessary)
  2. Add 20 grams lard, 50 grams boneless skinless chicken thigh, 50 grams shrimps, 6 pieces meatballs. Sautee 5 min / 120 C / reverse / sp.1
  3. Add 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper, 2 tablespoons Sweet soy sauce, 1 teaspoon Fish sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon mushroom bouillon, 1 teaspoon Weipa, 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce, 60 grams drinking water. Cook 4 min / varoma / reverse / sp.1
  4. Add 50 grams Chinese Mustard Greens, 250 grams Fresh Yellow Noodle. Cook 6 min / varoma / reverse / sp.1
