Recipe's preparation
Add macaroni, water and milk to TM bowl. Cook for 10 mins, temp 90, reverse speed 1.
Add 70gm cheese. Cook for 3 mins, temp 90, reverse speed 1.

Fantastic! We all really enjoyed this. It reminded me of the Macaroni Cheese that my Mum used to make when I was little. So quick and easy to make, it will be a regular 'easy tea' for us. I added extra tasty cheese and it was perfect.

Much better than the packet mixes my kids used to ask for. Now they prefer this and I know exactly what's in it.
I used diced Tasty cheese and found the texture and thickness fine. it does need to be eaten right away though.

I sometimes add chicken stock powder and my vege paste (just a few different veges cooked and blitzed that I freeze in ice cube trays and sneak into meals

I have made this twice now and both times it has been really thick and all stuck together. I did use mozzarella cheese one time as that was all I had. What cheese is the best? Cheddar?? it is a very easy recipe. Thanks

Made this tonight for kids. Turned out a bit sticky and too thick. Next time I might add more water or milk and perhaps some stock (as others have suggested) as it was a little tasteless.

Very easy recipe- I used
Very easy recipe- I used about 175g pasta and 50g small broccoli florets thrown in in step one, added a teaspoon of English mustard, and used half each of tasty and Parmesan cheese. It worked well but needed an extra 4 minutes and a splash more milk (I used a teddy bear shaped pasta, which I think might take a little longer than short macaroni). My 3yo loved it.

This is excellent - a great
This is excellent - a great alternative to processed cheesy mac, and my 8 yr old prefers it. I add about 15g of parmesan in with tasty cheese for extra taste, and grate all of the cheese up before I start cooking so that it mixes in really well at the end. I also add a bit of salt into it when its cooking, otherwise its a little bland. If using anything larger than macaroni or small shell pasta, I add a bit extra water and cook a couple of minutes longer.
This has become a staple menu item in our house and my 8 yr old has it at least once a week as his special dinner request!

I use this recipe all the time!! My kids love it. I put in finely chopped carrot, frozen peas and corn approx 4 mins into cooking time. I used approx 60g mozzarella cheese and approx 20-30 grated Parmesan.
