Add a commentAs others already said, not
As others already said, not butter chicken but more of a curry. Ended up having to cook the chicken on the stove top as it stayed raw. nice flavour though.

I made this tonight and it
I made this tonight and it was fantastic!! Like others I found the chicken needed more cooking in the Veroma but the flavour was amazing!! I used the butter chicken curry powder on this site. Served on a bed of rice vermicelli. Will be on my cook again list!!
I couldn't get the chicken to
I couldn't get the chicken to cook well in the varoma dish so I put it in with the sauce as others have said. I've made a few times now for a quick super tasty meal. I serve up with rice and sometimes steamed greens too. Flavour is lovely.

This is very very yummy
Instead of cooking the chicken in the varoma i popped it in with the sauce and cooked for 15mins.
All the flavours soaked up in the chicken.
Overall very yummy

My 16yo son cooked this
My 16yo son cooked this tonight. He forgot to put the butter in!! but he said it tastes great (he added the butter later). We agree though that 13 mins in the TM5 is not enough so he cooked at veroma for an extra 5 mins, also needed to add some arrowroot to thicken the sauce a little...
Thank you for sharing

5* from the kids! Had to double the steaming time in the varoma but worked well. Excellent, simple, easy recipe. Thank you.
This was very tasty but
This was very tasty but although I followed directions to the letter, after 13 minutes on 100c the chicken was still completely raw. I decided to cook it on Veroma temp for another 13 minutes and 5 in the bowl and it was cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be cooking it again.
Made this tonight. Although
Made this tonight. Although it wasn't the butter chicken flavour that I am used to, it was a really nice curry. The kids loved it too, Mr 5 wants it again tonight!
