    Super easy.

I added some leftover bolognese mince. And cheddar cheese as I didn't have much Parmesan.

So glad I found this! Going to make with some tofu stirred in and use to stuff capsicums for my newly vegetarian daughter. She'll love it! Will use as her meal base this week.

We cooked this as per recipe and ended up with mushy rice. I think a whisk may have been useful, but it's not mentioned. We were really disappointed.

Added garlic for a little extra flavour and peas half way through cooking! So hard to not eat it straight from the bowl once it is done! THANK YOU!

This was perfect. I used it as a base, layering on top roasted onion and beetroot, and slow cooked balsamic beef. It was a killer meal loved by all!!!! The risotto was perfectly cheesy 😋

Just made this for dinner and it was a HUGE hit! Added some mushrooms sauted in garlic butter. Even Miss (7) "I don't like mushrooms" polished it off and asked for more tmrc_emoticons.)
