Nonna's Fodmap Bolognese

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place green spring. onions, carrots chopped small and zuchini into bowl. Chop 6 seconds speed 6
- 2. Add 20ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cook 5 min/100'C/speed 2, without measuring cup
- 3. Add passata, tomato paste, water, stock paste, Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
- 4. Insert the steaming basket and add minced meat into the basket.
Cook for 20 min/100'C/speed 2 - 5. Make sure to break up the mince and then cook for a further 30 min/80'C/speed 2
- 6. Empty the mince into the bowl with sauce and put lid with measuring cup on.
Bleand on speed3 "Counter-clockwise operation" for 30 seconds to mix mince and sauce. - 7. Serve as desired. (lots of regianno parmegianno on top!!)
