For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Delicious! Added a couple of anchovies at the cream stage, they pretty much just dissolve into the sauce, but a little flavour boost.
Hi Lyndaloo and Cabsavs_mum,So glad you enjoyed the recipe and additions.
We loved this - thank you. Added baby spinach at the end, with capers and Parmesan Cheese. Will definitely make this one again.
We enjoyed this. I added tarragon, sundried tomatoes and spinach and mixed it all together ina bowl before serving. Even the kids ate it and my husband said it was 'delicious'. Thanks for the recipe!
Hi DizzyGirl, so terribly sorry! It was meant to be 20 g of dry white wine, not 200 g!
I have changed this now.
I made this for dinner tonight. I found it had a very strong wine taste. My suggestion is to reduce wine to 100g and add a clove of garlic with the shallots.
