Tip

Try cooking Beef / Chicken Ravioli instead of Spinach and Ricotta.

You can cook extra vegetables (eg carrots, cauliflower, brocolli) and meat balls in the Varoma dish whilst the sauce is cooking in the Closed lid. Then remove the Varoma dish to insert ravioli and replace the Varoma dish once this is done. The "Mancini Fresh Pasta" is sold at Continental Shops, which is made locally in Kelmscott by the Mancini Family. Also, freshly made ravioli from Nonna is great too!

Just checking that the ravioli goes in after the second 15 mins of cooking? Then immediately put in the Thermoserver for 5 mins?

So to clarify, do you remove sauce then add 500g boiling water to cook ravioli OR you just add 500g boiling water to the sauce and cook the Ravioli in that ?

    Thanks
