That Thermo Womans Toddler Pleasing Pasta

1 packages Dried Porcini Mushrooms, dust - see notes
40 g Parmesan cheese, grated
20 g extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1 brown onion, halved
200 g mushroom, mixed, fresh
200 g cream, whipping, 30-40% fat
330 g skinless chicken thigh fillets, cut each fillet into 4
2 level teaspoons Vegetable stock paste
400 gram water
200 g pasta, spaghetti, broken into smaller pieces
1 level teaspoons chicken stock paste, or use all vege stock paste
2 portions frozen spinach leaves, 2 blocks
50 g frozen peas

Recipe's preparation

Mill Porcini Mushrooms 60 seconds sp.9 or until finely milled
set aside

Grate Parmesan Cheese 10 seconds/sp. 9
set aside

Place garlic, onion and oil into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/ sp. 5

Scrape down sides of bowl and cook 3 mins/100°C/sp.1

Add sliced mushrooms cook 9 mins/100°C/reverse/sp.spoon

add porcini dust, water, cream, chicken, stock paste(s) and cook 5 mins/100°C/reverse/sp. 1

add spaghetti and cook 8 mins/100°C/reverse/sp.1 (push pasta down using spatula until it softens - place simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid until pasta is al dente

add spinach blocks and frozen peas and cook a further 3 minutes/100°C/reverse/sp.1

serve - top with reserved parmesan and ground pepper.

Tip

Porcini Dust - mill one packet of dried porcini mushrooms on sp. 9 for 60 seconds until fine - store in an airtight container and add to pasta dishes etc. to give an extra mushroom flavour boost.
