  • 60 grams olive oil
  • 375 grams sliced mushrooms
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 100 grams any dry white wine
  • 150 grams Baby Spinach Leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp water, to add to cornflour to make paste

Recipe's preparation

    White Wine Pasta Sauce
  1. Blend garlic cloves 5 secs, speed 7. Scrape down bowl.

    Add olive oil and sauté on 80c for 4 mins,  speedGentle stir setting.

    Add sliced muchrooms & 100 grams of any dry white wine. Cook on Varoma for 10 mins, speed 2 on Counter-clockwise operation.

    Add 150g or 1 packet of pre washed baby spinach leaves, cook on Varoma, speed 2 on Counter-clockwise operation for 2 mins.

    Add Cornflour Paste and cook for a further 2 mins, speed 1 on Counter-clockwise operation. Turn off and leave in Closed lid bowl while you cook your pasta as per stove top directions.

Tip

Have water for pasta at boiling point on stove top while cooking the sauce.
