      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add onion and garlic
    blend speed 7

    Add oil
    sautee 7min/120/1.5

    Add ground beef
    sautee for 7min/120/1.5

    take out the lid and stir the beef to make sure it is cooked through

    Add coriander powder, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and meat curry powder

    mix all spices with a little bit of water to form a paste
    cook for 5 min/120/1.5

    Add crushed tomatoes, red kidney beans
    cook for 10min/120/1.5

    A little bit of water, adjust to the consistency that you like
    salt to taste
