If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Put 1litre water into jug and place carrot, and sweet potato into varoma dish. 20min Varoma speed 4.
- Add capsicum and green beans, 5 min Varoma speed 4. Once cooked place into thermoserver, set aside. Keep 1 cup water from jug and throw the rest.
- Place onion, garlic and tomato into jug, mill 10 seconds, speed 7. Add honey soy, chilli and salt. Add cup of reserved water. Add chicken cut into 2-3cm pieces. Add olives. Cook 10 minutes, 100 degrees, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
