      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Peel and Mince Garlic for 4 seconds Closed lid. Add all ingredient & combine for 30 seconds on reverse speed 23. ]

Slice meat of choice
Marinade in fridge for at least 1 hour. Smile

Heat Pita bread in Frying pan to your liking, add shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, garlic sauce. Wrap up with baking paper or cling wrap. Enjoy Smile
