- 2-3 cloves garlic - peeled
- 2 teaspoons Himalayan Rock Salt
- 1 heaped tbsp Italian herbs
- 2 teaspoons Rosemary (Dry)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 250 grams white wine
Place garlic, salt and herbs in TM bowl.
Chop at speed 8 for 3 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients to Bowl and mix at speed 5 for 15 seconds.
Place chicken wings in a large bowl and mix in marinade.
Cover with Glad Wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour, but preferably four hours.
Cook chicken on covered BBQ on low heat until done - turning frequently.
