Milk

  • 400 grams Milk, Milk1
  • 50 gram flour, Flour
  • 25 gram Butter, Butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt, Salt
  • 100 gram white wine, White wine
  • pinch Nutmeg

75grams grated cheese

  • 75 grams grated cheese, tasty

Recipe's preparation

    Grate cheese 5 seconds speed 9 Put everything BUT CHEESE into TM bowl, 7 mins, 90 C speed 4. At the end, add grated cheese 1 minute, temp 90c, speed 4

    I doubled the recipe because I had 3 small lasagne's to make up and freeze. This really topped my lasgne off 10/10 with the whole family. Definatly a keeper!! Love tmrc_emoticons.;)
