- 1 Raw beetroot, peeled
- 1 Handful of cashews (raw)
- Danish feta (half a block)
- 1 level teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 level tablespoons balsamic vinegar, to taste

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place peeled and chopped beetroot in the bowl & mix gradually from speed 1-9.
Scrape down sides & add a handful of raw cashews, mix again, gradually from speed 1-9.
Scrape down sides & add your feta, olive oil & vinegar.
Mix for 30 seconds on speed 3 or until desired consistency is achieved.
Place in a bowl and serve with veggie sticks!
