Recipe's preparation

  1. Drain beetroot and chickpeas. Add all ingredients to bowl and combine on speed 5 for 10-15 seconds.

Tip

You can make your own ricotta for this recipe with your Thermomix too.

You can also omit the chickpeas if you prefer and leave all other quantities the same and it still turns out lovely.
