Recipe's preparation

    Blue Cheese and Caper Butter
  1. 1. Add parsley to bowl and chop 3 seconds, speed 8.
    2. Insert butterfly whisk.
    3. Add 250g unsalted butter, 30g baby capers, 100g blue cheese and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes.
    4. Whip 10 seconds, speed 4. Scrape down sides of bowl.
    5. Whip 10 seconds, speed 4.
    6. Remove butter from bowl and roll into a log shape of approximately 2.5-3cm in diameter.
    7. Place in freezer to firm before slicing into approximately 15 portions. Allow the flavours to develop for several hours before using.
    8. Serve on just grilled steak.
