Caesar Salad Dressing

  • 250 g whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3-4 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Ceasar Salad Dressing
  1. 1. Cut parmesan into small cubes & place in bowl. Spd 10 for 10 seconds.
    2. Add remaining ingredients, except for milk & blitz sp 7 for 5 seconds.
    3. Add milk until desired consistency mixing at speed 5.
    4. Set aside for 30mins to allow flavours to develop before serving.
