      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    What to do:
  1. Pre - soak cashews in filtered water with a pinch of sea salt.  Soak cashews for at least 2 hours.  Discard water and drain.

    Place all ingredients into the bowl and mix for 2 minutes on Speed 9.

Tip

NOTE: Use in place of dairy based sour cream. This goes beautifully with tacos and on top of sweet potatoes with savoury mince.

For larger quantities, double recipe.

Store in an airtight jar in the fridge.  Consume in five days.
