- Juice of half lemon
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)
- 5 tbsp coconut water
- 1 pinch sea salt

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Pre - soak cashews in filtered water with a pinch of sea salt. Soak cashews for at least 2 hours. Discard water and drain.
Place all ingredients into the bowl and mix for 2 minutes on Speed 9.

NOTE: Use in place of dairy based sour cream. This goes beautifully with tacos and on top of sweet potatoes with savoury mince.
For larger quantities, double recipe.
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge. Consume in five days.
