  • 4-6 chillies pieces
  • 1 red onion pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves portions
  • 1 red capsicum portions
  • 120 white vinegar g
  • 120 water g
  • 200 caster sugar g
  • 120 brown sugar g
  • 1 grated ginger level tbsp
  • 1/2 salt level teaspoons
  • 1/4 white pepper level teaspoons

    Instructions
  1. Place chilies, red onion, garlic and red capsicum into the bowl.



    chop for 5-10 seconds on speed 7.



    scrape down the sides of the bowl.

  2. Add the vinegar, water, white sugar, brown sugar, ginger, salt and white pepper.

    Cook for 30 minutes at 100 degrees, speed 2, with the veroma lid on. Without if you want it to reduce faster.
  3. After 30 minutes, check the consistency of the jam. If it's not thick enough, cook for additional 10-15 minutes at 100 degrees, speed 2

    blend to your desired consistency
  4. once jam has thickened to your liking, use the blender function to blend the mixture for 5-10 minutes on speed 6 or longer for a smoother texture. Or less for chunky
