- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 1/2 bunches fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 bunches fresh coriander leaves>ID15
- 3 spring onions
- 3 level tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 level tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients into bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 6.
- Store in an airtight container and use as a condiment to flavour bbq meats.

Tip
This is Colombian-style chimichurri and is traditionally used as a condiment on steak but is also delicious on bbq chicken or boiled potatoes.
