Christmas glaze

  • 4 tbsp orange marmalade, rindless
  • 2 tbsp honey, Manuka
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 chilli, red, fresh, (Optional)
  • 2 dried bay leaves
  • 1 cinnamon quill
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 pinch pepper, black, ground
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to bowl
    2. Cook 3 mins, 100°C, speed 1
    3. Transfer to bowl, removing chilli, cinnamon stick, bay leaves
    4. Allow to cool slightly before spreading over ham.
