Ingredients

Dip

  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 420g can corn kernels, drained
  • 3 spring onions/shallots, roughly chopped
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 pinch cayenne powder
  • 1 juice and rind of one lime
  • Corn chips, to serve

Recipe's preparation

    Dip
  1. Place Coriander leaves, spring onions and lime rind into TM bowl. Chop 2-3 secs / Spd 6.

    Scrape down bowl.

    Add corn kernels, sour cream, cayenne pepper and juice of 1 lime.

    Mix 4-5 secs / Spd 3

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, for the flavours to develop.

    Serve with corn chips
