Ingredients
Dip
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 420g can corn kernels, drained
- 3 spring onions/shallots, roughly chopped
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 pinch cayenne powder
- 1 juice and rind of one lime
- Corn chips, to serve
Recipe's preparation
Place Coriander leaves, spring onions and lime rind into TM bowl. Chop 2-3 secs / Spd 6.
Scrape down bowl.
Add corn kernels, sour cream, cayenne pepper and juice of 1 lime.
Mix 4-5 secs / Spd 3
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, for the flavours to develop.
Serve with corn chips
