  • 3 level tablespoons Mayonnaise - made from Basic Cookbook
  • 3 level tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 level teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 level tablespoon brandy (optional)
  • 4 heaped tablespoons Whipped Cream - made from Basic Cook Book
  • 3 drops Tabasco Sauce, to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. Insert Butterfly Whisk

    Add all ingredients to the TM Bowl and place measuring cup in lid.

    5 seconds/Speed 4 (increase time if necessary)

    Chill until ready to use. Perfect for prawns and oysters.
